excellent service February 15, 2008 I had to send this item back, and the refund was as effortless as the ordering.
good transaction February 13, 2008 I had no problems with the seller, and I received the book how I was told I would.
Great condition, some miscommunication? January 28, 2008 I purchased this to use for my American Sign Language 101 class. My professor is deaf and shows us the signs in the book, which often differ, and says its not really a good tool for learning the signs themselves but it is what is out there. The book does well with putting the words together and showing how sentence structure is. The signs are just a bit different.(but the book isn't a living moving being :)) I received this book very fast even in Alaska, and it was in great condition.
