I personally didn't care for this book. It did have a few good forms in it, but i really didn't like the way it was written. I am a woman, but i really felt like the write would talk down about men and society. I know we don't live in a perfect world, but it was very untasteful in my option.

If you already own the first Essential Reiki, you really don't need to purchase the teaching manual. The same handouts and pictures are in both books, just the teaching manual gives information about setting up a practice and how to advertise for classes. I think I was looking for more information like maybe quizzes or tests.
I don't regret my purchase at all, it is still handy.

This is the usual Diane Stein quality, covering the Reiki Class subject in detail. She'll walk you thru the do's and dont's of doing Reiki Attunement classes. If you are ready to start, this will save you time and money. If you need this book, you already know you need it. Order it.
Recommended to all Reiki Masters.

Good manual though it covers the ground that Essential Reiki covers and not too much more. Read the reviews on Essentil Reiki if you haven't read that one then make up your mind which would suit you better.
