Product Description
Following the phenomenal success of Dirty Red, Essence bestselling author Vickie Stringer is back with a sizzling sequel, Still Dirty, and the notorious cast of characters -- Red, Bacon, and Q -- who made Dirty Red a hit. Red, the infamous expert of deception, is still up to no good, but faces challenges to baffle even the most clever hustler. Still, Red stops at nothing to outwit her adversaries and avoid being caught by either the law or the outlaws. In Still Dirty, Red is again caught in a web of murder, theft, and deceit. We find her and her boyfriend Q running for a plane to Mexico after a violent fight with her ex-boyfriend Bacon, a released convict. Bacon is on their heels and determined not to let Red get away alive. Will Q come to her rescue once again? Or will he tire of cleaning up after Red's dirty deeds? With an action-packed plot and sassy, stylish dialogue, Stringer creates a web of love and adventure that will keep you begging for more.

Just plain Dirty. November 19, 2008 This book was just ok,nothing to really brag about or rush out to buy.To me Dirty Red was better than this sequel,For some reason I had a hard time getting into this book and It really didnt have a constant flow to it.The ending sort of shocked me,But with the way Red is,I shouldnt have been surprised. After reading this book it still leaves alot to be desired.Borrrow,Do not Buy.
Very Disappointed November 18, 2008 I was so excited about reading this book after reading Dirty Red. This was a total let down. For one it was all over the place including where the house was located that Red stole from Black. The first part of the book says West Bloomfield and then the other says Bloomfiled Hills. Two different cities in Michigan that are on opposite sides of Oakland county. The book just dragged on until the end. I'm trying to figure out why didn't Terry have her own book since her story was more interesting than Red's. The ending was the only good part and all the rest of the hoopla could of been saved. What a waste of trees.
Enjoyed ! November 15, 2008 Im going to admit that I thourly enjoyed this book. Red was still dirty for sure. But I will have to say that she wasn't the same red from before. To me she lacked the common sense of the red we first met. Who was money hungry yet street savy and smart at the same time. The red in this book lacked all the above except the money hungry part ofcourse, I mean she looked over alot of crucial details that should have sent HUGE RED FLAGS up. Q was just as stupid if you ask me burn me once shame on you burn me twice shame on me. I really don't want to tell the story so I will leave it that with those two. However BACON is on a whole new level, he disgusted me in more ways then one GOSH he was a sicko. He was a little more dirty than RED Literaly. And lastly I really don't know what to think about this Foxy thing I mean she was really a man before or did Bacon seem to forget that crucial bit of information. There will definitly be a sequeal and I will be taking my a** right to go get it. I have to know how it ends for this bunch.
It's All About Red November 10, 2008 Red is back..........back to her old shiesty, manipulating ways. She will let no one stand in her way of what she wants. She doesn't need friends, cause all she is out for is number 1....HERSELF. So whatever she needs to do, whether it is backstabbing, stealing, manipulating or even murder, she will stop at nothing to get what she wants.
I really enjoyed DIRTY RED, but the sequel STILL DIRTY was disappointing to me. I assume that there is gonna be yet another "Dirty" book to make this book a series. If so, this reader will not be reading it. From the beginning of the book all the way to the end, Bacon wants revenge on Red, and he has plenty of opportunities to do so, but nothing really happens with this until the end....and it was annoying to me, because it was too dragged out.
Red is still Grimey!! November 9, 2008 after reading dirty red i couldnt wait to see if bacon ever got back at red for all the dirty little games she played, and indeed he did...this book was all that i hoped it would be and it was well worth my money, if you were caught in a trance by red's deceit and lies in dirty red, you must read STILL DIRTY!!!! cause thats exactly what she is
