A reinformcement of "Coaching" September 14, 2008 If someone have ever read the fabulous book of the main discoverer of the "coaching" science, "Coach yourself to the success", by Talane Miedlaner, you will find in a fast glance that it is one of the branches of coaching, Emotional Intelligence, something more than the well(?)-known topics of Empathy, Thinking Positively and Resiliance.
Teach Yourself E.I. is a good aid (or therapy) for those ones who entirely wish to change some aspects of their life as in "Coaching to the success" but begining to change his patterns of thinking and not avoiding negative thoughts which bring to negative emootions and furthermore ACTIONS, but redriving their "energy" into a more valuable "outcome" or benefit for you.
Well explained, with some key ideas and practical ecxercises worth to put in practice, Teach Yourself E.I. will increase and improve your E.I. to achieve your goals.
