Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars A wonderful book for d/Deaf and Hearing alike!   August 30, 2003

This is an excellent book with many essays and information regarding the Deaf Culture. Not only is there a lot of information and research, but there are several hilarious chapters by Ben Bahan that made me chuckle out loud (and THAT's a high compliment)! Being Deaf myself, it was refreshing and fun to look into this book and pull from it many wonderful nuggests of information. Highly recommended! :o)
