Another classic "Bear" story December 2, 2008 We received the first "Bear Snores On" book as a baby gift years ago. Our only child is now six years old and everyone in our family can recite the "Bear" books by heart (I've even broken out with the rhymes at work). As Alaska residents, where folks routinely get mauled by bears within city limits, it's nice to put a friendly face on a potentially scary animal.
This book is a great compliment to the series, we love it just as much as the other one. We anxiously await the next chapter in "Bear's" life.
Sometimes I feel scared, too. November 19, 2008 I bought this book for my 4 year old grandson who sometimes has 'scared' moments that upset him. He loves this book because it both acknowledges a fear and shows how it is conquered by caring friends.
another great one! October 29, 2008 karma wilson does it again, what another wonderful story about Bear. my daughter loves this one too!!! you won't be disappointed.

A Wonderful Story September 22, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a wonderful story for any youngster from ages 3-8. The illustrations are magnificent and story lines rhyme and blend very well. This story is a good way to help your child overcome basic fears.
