BOOK WAS MISSING PAGES 33 THRU 64 AND HAD DUPLICATE PAGES OF PAGES 65 THRU 96. THE OUT-OF-USA SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT I COULD NOT GET A SUBSTITUTE REPLACEMENT FROM AMAZON BUT WHEN I LOOKED ON YOUR SITE, YOU ARE STILL SELLING THEM! WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? I DON'T WANT ANOTHER BOOK NOW AS I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED ONE FROM ANOTHER SOURCE. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPENED AND WHY AM I WAITING SO LONG FOR A REFUND ON MY CREDIT CARD???
