 Just what my daughter wanted. January 3, 2009
I purchased the vest as a gift for my adult daughter in Oct. 2008. She loves it and uses it almost daily, either walking outdoors or using the video. She's about a size 8 or 10 and is tall, so the size small fits her perfectly. The vest appears well made, and she's very happy with it.

I got this as a gift from my husband and adult daughter (difinitely one of their better choices). It fits true to size and comfortable with a couple of thin shirts on. I'm 5ft 5 and have the size medium; I have no problem with the weigths rubbing me as others have noted in these reviews. I just wish it came with alittle more weights. I'll wait before ordering any more weights since shipping makes it alittle costly. I'm happy with this gift for sure.

They run extremely big. According to the size chart I needed a Large. I bought a medium and it was way too big. I ordered another one in a size small and it fits.

I like this weight vest a lot. I'm up to 3 pounds and I can feel the difference in my workout when I don't wear it. I only had 2 issues with it. It runs large. I normally wear an XL in tops. I bought a Large and needed a Medium. It was lose when I got it but it still feels good as long as I am not running or jumping to much - then sometimes the weights bounce against my midriff. I've adjusted it as much as I can. The only other thing I thought it needed was pockets. It has one in the back but I want to reach my housekey without taking off the vest. Cell phone, ipod and/or house key pockets would be an improvement.
