Product Description All Cats Have Asperger Syndrome takes a playful look at Asperger Syndrome (AS), drawing inspiration from the feline world in a way that will strike a chord with all those who are familiar with AS. Delightful color photographs of cats bring to life familiar characteristics such as sensitive hearing, scampering at the first sign of being stroked and particular eating habits. Touching, humorous and insightful, this book evokes the difficulties and joys of raising a child who is different and leaves the reader with a sense of the dignity, individuality and potential of people with AS. This engaging book is an ideal, gentle introduction to the world of AS.

Cute January 9, 2009 I was browsing around at the bookstore and came across this book in the special needs section. The title caught my attention since I have Asperger Syndrome and own three cats. Although not all cats have Asperger Syndrome, I can really attest that feeling for one of my three cats who truly has it just the same as I do. The more I read the book, it gets cuter. Of course, it reads like a children's book given the big words and pictures of adorable kittens and cats on each page. I am almost tempted to buy the book for the sake of it, but the high price ($15.00 by that time) ultimately prevented me to so. Quite a wonderful journey that does well in explaining the Asperger Syndrome and the pairing of cats with it does make total sense to me.
Cute. December 31, 2008 As a special education teacher and a cat lover, I certainly agree that cats have autism. The book is cute and a little silly, but certainly nothing profound.
Impressive to a skeptic December 14, 2008 My husband liked this book even though he has been reluctant to accept our daughter's AS. I plan to send a copy to school and keep one on hand to help others who enter our life to understand our daughter's endearing yet odd behaviors. We have not read it with our daughter yet but find it interesting that our daughter is obsessed with cats. I look forward to her reaction.
All cats have aspergers November 30, 2008 This is a great book for children and young teens with Asperger's and can provide a fun, fresh view for caregivers as well.
book review November 12, 2008 Totally awesome way to introduce the topic of Aspbergers to someone. Completely appropriate way to open discussion with a child who feels different and affirm understanding of that difference. At the most superficial level is just a cute read, well done.
