As good as it gets May 13, 2003 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is one of very few books dedicated to hearing aid fitting for Audiology students. Like all our textbooks it can be very dry and dated. With the many changes in hearing aid technology it is impossible to publish a textbook that is 100% up to date but Valente does as good a job as you could expect. And just as many other books, it will be much more useful as a reference AFTER graduation.

This book is for students who need basic skills for fitting hearing aids and explains about the selection of hearing aids as well.
