Bought 2--one for my mother-in-law & one for myself. Both of us have used the suggestions in this book on several occassions already in the short time we've had the book & with great success. Recommend it to everyone.

This is an excellent resource, full of practical tips for dealing with a large variety of health issues. I have at least 2 shelves full of health & medical advice books, some quite gigantic. But THIS is the book I always reach for when dealing with health problems. It gets right to the point & offers a list of things you can do to deal with each problem. (I just bought an updated one for me & another copy for a friend so that I don't have to keep reading her mine over the phone while she takes notes.)
