Perfectly Wonderful November 25, 2008 Moderation wins in this cookbook which actually presents a sustainable approach to healthier eating that doesn't sacrifice flavor or satisfaction! I have an extensive cookbook collection. Since I have started focusing on making healthier choices the majority of the time, this cookbook easily become my favorite. I like how many of the recipes really teach you a method with a variety of options/suggestions and allow you to create the perfect meal for you. I also especially love the vegetable roasting techniques and the Quick Tomato-Stewed Zucchini with Bail and Garlic...simple yet wonderful. I highly reccomend this cookbook!

First, let me say that I love Pam Anderson. I have her "Perfect Recipe" cookbook and love it! I was thinking that this was another cookbook, for health-conscious people. It's really more of a diet book. I don't need a diet book, so I returned it. I'm sure that someone wanting to follow a diet program and need a cookbook/guidence book to achieve their goal, this will be a great book. It just wasn't for me.
easy to prepare November 3, 2008 Pam Anderson provides simple recipes that are tasty and don't require a lot of bizarre ingredients. Even being a vegetarian I have found many options in her book. Her exercise plan has inspired me to rev up my metabolism before meals, a great tip for those trying to lose weight.
