Worth the money June 5, 2008
I have the SinuCleanse pot and tried to use 1/8 tsp non-iodized salt instead of these saline packets and it wasn't the same and it was actually irritating at times (maybe too strong). As a result I have gone to using the SinuCleanse Saline Solution packets. I use 1/2 packet and fill to about 3 oz and I do this twice (using 1 packet) every morning and night. I have significantly reduced my use of Flownase as a result of this product. I sleep better at night and can actually breathe out of my nose when I use this. Those who say this product is life changing are not kidding, it really is! I've recommended this to family and friends who have experienced positive results as well.
