Relieves symptoms June 13, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Source naturals has been an excellent cream. It does have a scent but I've seen tremedous results such as a calming effect. I wish my OB Gyn had shared the wonders of progesterone.
Amazing results for me! April 4, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I've been using Source Natural's Progesterone Cream for 3 months now and have had excellent if not amazing results. At 37, I feel like I'm back to my "younger" self, with many of my PMS symptoms gone for the first time in my life. If this came in a pump that premeasured the amount I needed for a good price, that'd be the only improvement. The smell was nice too. Light & pleasant. My husband never even notices it.
Very nice, effective progesterone cream January 18, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Source Naturals Natural Progesterone Cream, 4 oz (113.4 g) I've been using progesterone cream for years, with great effect. This particular brand is the nicest I've used. I really like the rosemary scent, and the ingredients are all natural. The feel of this cream is perfect; light and non-greasy, but nourishing. I like that it comes in a pot instead of a tube. It's easier to use up every little bit of it, and you can see exactly how much you have left. I highly recommend this progesterone cream.
A little concerned... November 8, 2007 3 out of 7 found this review helpful
Creamy, lightly scented, blends in well.
I stopped using this cream when I read the fine print and saw in bold writing "this product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer."
Helped reduce menstrual migraines October 15, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I've been using this for about 6 months to reduce my menstrual migraines. I rub a 1/4 tsp. on my inner arms each morning and take a one-week break each month. I had to experiment a bit to figure out when I should take that one-week break (it turned out that during the first week of my "active" birth control pills was a good break time for me). I used to be out of commission for a day or two each month with migraines, which meant that I usually missed a day of work almost every month. Now I seldom get migraines, and when I do, they are not nearly as bad as they once were. I'm so glad I was finally able to find a simple solution. Medication to abort migraines is expensive when your insurance doesn't cover it (and it doesn't always work, either). Make sure you give this cream time to work; it took a little over a month for me to see a difference in the frequency and severity of my migraines.
