I've tried numerous "weight loss" products as I had plateaued in my weight loss and nothing I did (exercise, diet) could break thru my plateau. I used one bottle of this and the same diet I'd used to lose the previous 20 pounds and I lost 5 more pounds in one week without any additional effort. I was absolutely amazed. Of course that doesn't mean it will work for everyone, as it didn't for the previous reviewer. But everyone is different and what will work for one person doesn't necessarily work well for another, this applies to diets, medications, herbal remedies - there is no "one size fits all".

Don't waste your time or money on this product. It does not work. The only thing that it is good for is to keep you bloated and constipated.
Istead of loosing weight, I gained 4 pounds and did not have a BM for several days. I was miserable and uncomfortable.
