I started taking Hydroxycut Max a few weeks ago, and I feel fantastic. I have more energy (without jittery/ill side effects) during my workouts and am able to work harder for a longer time to burn extra calories. I cannot wait to see results from turning some of my excess fat into muscle. I used to use Hyperdrive Venom 3.0 and had great results with that product. Unfortunately, when they reformulated to 3.0+, I had to stop taking Venom due to headaches.
Follow the directions when you start taking Hydroxycut Max and gradually work up to three capsules, 2x a day. If you start out with the full dose, you will not be able to sleep! Give your body a chance to adjust gradually.

This is a great product especially when you take it on your way home from work and need that boost to get things done. Gives you tons of energy. You will want to work out and when you're working out you feel your body heat rise so you know you have to be buring fat. I have managed to tone up pretty quick. I have lost five pounds yet I eat as usual, which is a lot. I'm sure if I followed a lower calorie diet I would definitely lose more weight. I only need one pill to get me going! Highly recommend this product.

I purchased Hydroxycut Max, because I ran out of the original. I had decent weight loss with the original HC 7lbs in 3 weeks. However after taking the minimal dose of the Max, I was scared out of my mind! My stomach cramped, and I had increased bowel movement. In the gym my heart beat wildly, I could not focus, and I was jittery. So jittery in fact I became embarrassed becaouse I could not perform my exercises properly. The amount of caffeine is ridiculous! I drank a gallon, and still had major probs....be careful with this mess, I'm taking my bottle back to the store!

I have taken several different weight loss products including the first Hydroxycut which I had no luck with, but with Hydroxycut Max I can feel the extra energy, and it curbs my appetite. If you are considering this product you need to know that just taking it will not make you lose weight. You still need to make the effort to eat sensibily and exercise.
